These monthly community centered healing hikes are designed to create a specific time for the adults and caregivers in our communities to have alone time in an outdoor natural setting or in the comforts of your own home. These hikes are designed as a special and unique time for our hardworking caregivers to reset their inner emotional well-being without distraction or obligation, so they can be their best for others.

These intimate virtual journeys through nature are born out of the need to access alternative ways of engaging with nature. In the midst of this global pandemic, we make do with what we have and continue on using creativity as our survival through challenging times. Most of the hike will be done in silence with some points of breaking into a group sharing of the experience.
We will start by gathering on Zoom with a warm greeting. This will support our presence with each other and our surroundings. You will then be guided to develop your intention for the day and a specific meditation will anchor your experience. Most of the virtual hike will be done in silence with a guided meditation as we sit in the safety of our homes during the shelter in place orders. We’ll have a points of group sharing of the experience to tie the experience to the intention. ***This course WILL NOT be broadcasted outdoors***
