I was a student of RCS, taking the Radical By Nature Course in 2020. I currently have supported virtual facilitation and curriculum development for the Health and Wellness workshops and Coaching Skills workshops delivered to the National Park Service. RCS continues to provide me the space and opportunity to explore nature how I can use concepts from restoration to better understand ourselves.

I first met Raynelle and found out about her work/business (RCS) when we were both board members in FACES (Filipino American Coalition for Environmental Solidarity); and I signed up for one of Raynelle's Healing Hikes and coaching sessions. We are both aligned in our work and practices around decolonization and ancestral wisdom very deeply. I was asked by Raynelle to work with her for the Root to Bloom program, cohort 4, as a teaching assistant and participant assisting in curriculum development and program coordination. I have also worked with Raynelle as a contracted consultant working on the Radical By Nature education curriculum regarding community and land stewardship protocols.
“Music, poetry, and cultural self expression are an integral part of my work. I have been playing various instruments since I was young, was in a rock band when I was in high school, and a world music band when I was in college. I occasionally perform my spoken word poetry in my community workshops as well.”

Meet Dr. D, PhD. A transformational and spiritual coach, specializing in Ancestral and Past Life Healing. She has always had a passion for two things: supporting youth and furthering her spiritual development. Dr. D has a Bachelors in Engineering and completed her Masters while building the foundation of her practice. She decided to continue in her spiritual study by getting a PhD in Metaphysical Counseling. She is an ordained minister, certified Theta healer, and a certified Reiki Practitioner, amongst many other trainings. Dr. D.’s coaching style has been described as graceful, drawing in clients to help them feel safe and grounded, even when venturing to new territories. She has a vast knowledge of modalities and loves guiding others to their true path. Today Dr. D. is working on her postdoctoral work, with her heart set on opening an International Leadership Training Center, focused on blending traditional natural healing teachings and some holistic educational models to bring holistic solutions to communities in African countries.
We have had the pleasure of supporting Rino Consulting Solutions with energy readings for events and hikes along with consulting for social media and general business strategy. Currently, we are working to create strategic alignment across the RCS business and digestible content for the brand. We are looking forward to this season of thought partnership and growth together. The great part about working in partnership with RCS is the ability to move with how the energy aligns for both parties. We started off exchanging healing services and supporting one another with client referrals for our healing and coaching services. With time it has evolved be a partnership that focuses not just on the healing services but also long term business growth and a cherished friendship. Much Gratitude to Raynelle.
“"Love globe trotting and experiencing new cultures, foods, and learning from the citizens of the world. You can catch me at a country near you or working with educators to support the healing and growth of our global majority communities.”
Sofia Mercado - She / Her
Facilitation Aid / Teaching Aid
My gratitude and condolences go to my descendants and ancestors in the Philippine archipelago and diaspora. Thank you for navigating me through life where ever it may find us. My compassion and solidarity stands with the indigenous groups of Multnomah land in Portland Oregon where I was born & raised and Ramaytush Ohlone land where I reside now.
Sofia, who also goes by Sofi, is currently a student at City College San Francisco and is working towards her Associate's degree in Philippine Studies and Anthropology. Sofia is invested in envisioning and navigating an evolved path of health and wellness for the youth. Alongside her studies, organize with AnakBayan's CCSF chapter, a group of Filipino youth and students fighting for liberation from imperialism. Above all, Sofia is most passionate about family, being a sister, friend, and dog mama.
Raynelle and I’s paths aligned through mutual friends and family. Since we met she has been a model to me in cultivating a balanced lifestyle through promoting wellness in a work environment. As I navigate the world as a young woman I seek out spaces of empowerment and naturally gravitated towards RCS. Contributing to RCS as a facilitation and teaching aid has provided a source of healing for me through practice and illuminated a path of personal evolution for me.
Health and wellness to me has been a dance grounding me in my inner balance.
Isabela Pante (she/her)
Independent Contractor
I currently reside on Coast Salish & Duwamish Lands, also present-day known as Seattle, Washington. I was born in Yokut lands, also known as the San Joaquin Valley. I moved up to Seattle to continue my healing journey and seek new perspectives and opportunities in all aspects of my life.
Isabela Pante, also goes by Issa, is a youth advocate and community healer who believes in the power of the collective. She has invested her career in the nonprofit sector supporting primarily underrepresented communities in higher education. She devotes her talents to young people discovering their personal missions and values to create the life they want. Isabela is a driven individual who also enjoys implementing operational efficiencies and building capacity for organizations so that they can focus on addressing social and healing justice needs.
I love what RCS is all about - community, healing, and nature. I came to know Rino Consulting Solutions as a Root to Bloom (RTB) training participant for the Season 3 cohort in 2021-2022. In 2023 when I entered unemployment and needed a break from working, I wanted to know how I can contribute my gifts to a purpose that helped me find my own purpose as a healer. I was able to support RCS by opening an on-demand digital store, informing/suggesting operational improvements and tools, and co-create Root to Bloom alumni programming. Through this experience, I was able to learn the ins and outs of self-starting a business, devote my talents to an operation I support, and gain a valuable mentor.
