Numerology - 6 (Harmony & Family)
August 22, 2021 is a special day with a unique energy and full moon. Before the healing hike, take time to write down goals and make a detailed action plan for the next 3-6 months because magic is in the air. Just make sure before you write down your goals, release that ONE thing you keep circling back to. Deep down, you either know it is not what you need or you might feel like you need to stop thinking or revisiting IT.
This release should feel more like a ‘and so it is’ energy to allow whatever is to happen unfold, versus a ‘get this out of my life right now’ type of release. August 22nd also has great energy around exciting new opportunities, harmony in family and life, money and paying off debt.
Entrepreneurs and more Type A personalities can find this healing hike very beneficial for their newest shift. This healing hike may also feel very natural, like there wasn’t much effort needed.
Additional benefits of this hike will support
a deeper awareness of your needs for health & wellness and how to honor your core values as a practice
a deeper understanding of how nature can support your inner well-being, specifically for reflection and taking action
a re-grounding and recharging of your emotional well-being
a letting go of the lessons that no longer serve you and moving forward with space for transformation
Additional features include
fresh fruit and trail mix will be provided as light snacks
please bring your own water for the hike - a reusable water bottle is highly suggested
other merchandise from local small businesses may also be given away, depending on availability

What the community is saying…
"I still carry her wisdom and practices with me and recall what I learned whenever I'm in nature. She provided a safe space with amazing energy that had me feeling refreshed and better connected to myself. She is a lovely person and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend participating in one of her hikes if you're feeling burnt out or ready to bring your best self into your work and life in general."

"This blessing couldn't have come at a better time, it was a combination of learning to set boundaries, understand my body, and when in doubt nature has the answer. I feel whole and rejuvenated with the tools to make me a better worker, friend, daughter and lover."
