You will develop more emotional awareness and how emotions live in your body and how stuck energies can move as you move through nature

I am Carolyn A. Sideco, immigrant to Turtle Island, founder of Coaching Kapwa Sports Consultants LLC. People call me Coach Sideco. I journey with, and coach folx in navigating their relationships to sports. My own sports identity includes a long arc of being an athlete, coach, physical educator, sports administrator, parent, mentor, and engaged community member. Sports jobs sustained me - financially and spiritually - when I was a single parent.
