Healing Hike Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all membership levels offering in person healing hike experiences

  • Membership requires the attendance to ALL FOUR within a year of being a member.

  • The membership guidelines applies to healing hike events organized by Rino Consulting Solutions and their “Hike It Out Coaching” membership programs. See all plans on this page.

  • Participation in any other service provided by our company; private coaching commitments, workshops, retreats, or other services are not included unless agreed upon with special agreements/arrangements between member and our company.

  • Memberships are non-transferable unless client is tranferring into a private coaching journey package.

  • Refunds are not available. Any unused or remaining tickets are forfeited, donated, or gifted to friends and family. Only on a case-by-case review will special considerations be taken for any amendments of membership agreements, such as injury, bereavement, etc...

  • Membership registration and payment processing occurs on Acuity Scheduler .

  • Members are responsible for preregistering for each of their hikes upon purchase of their membership level with their special code given at checkout or emailed directly.

  • Sorry, no walk ins. No pets or dependents are allowed to attend.

  • Members are responsible for reading all preparatory material with regards to each hike and practice practical judgement when committing to their hike event.

  • Members must include a signing off of the waiver before participation on any hike or activity by the company. Waivers are signed during the registration process.

  • Arriving under the influence or intoxicated is strictly prohibited and subjected to being told to leave.
