This event is a keynote for ChangeScale

As a community convener, “ChangeScale advances the cohesiveness, effectiveness, and prominence of the environmental education field in the San Francisco and Monterey Bay Areas. Our mission is to ensure that every generation is inspired with the environmental know-how to create healthy communities and a healthy planet”

Join ChangeScale and colleagues from around the Bay Area for this free virtual convening. 

Transformational Coach and Organizational Consultant, Raynelle Rino introduces to us her “Radical Nature Framework” by sharing stories of the profound impacts of her curated healing hikes and the power of nature-based consulting in leadership development. Her multidimensional approach to leadership development will guide us through some compelling processes that urge us to think about what healing centered programs can look like, especially for land-based and stewardship focused organizations. Concepts around identity, belonging, trauma, triggers, and “parts work” are all centered on a nature-based, healing & justice framework. 

The convening will also include an overview of trends in the environmental education field shared by Craig Strang, Associate Director of the Lawrence Hall of Science.
