Our virtual healing hike will center you in nature through mindfulness and gentle movement. The hike, which is a guided visualization and meditation, gives you opportunities to pause and reflect, draw on nature as a resource through your imagination and connect with others in sharing stories. As you prepare for the hike, consider what personal/professional intentions you might bring to the experience. At the beginning, we will greet each other, do some breathwork/movement to ground, then set intentions for our journey, finally settling into our silent meditation/hike.
